The KSET Results will be soon made available in the main web page like www.kset.uni-mysore.ac.in. University of Mysore will be declaring the karnataka SET Exam Results soon. So we request the candidates to please calm and relax for a moment. The exam has been conducted on 11th December 2016. Candidates who have applied and appeared for the exam can check the KSET Results 2016-2017 as soon as they will be unavailable. Below are given some of the instructions which can be checked by the aspirants. Candidates to qualify in this should obtain minimum number of marks, which have been stated below. KSET is conducted by the university which comes under the nodal agency recognized by UGC. Candidates who are fervent about the teacher posts in the government sector or lecturer or as an assistant professor have applied to his. Among many KSET center is one of the nodal centers in the state of karnataka. These type of exams will be conducted twice a year and the candidate can check them. Huge number of applicants can been seen because as it comes under the government jobs. Therefore from this the competition can also be very high. By the lifetime validity of KSET certificate more number of candidates have appeared in the written exam.

There are three level from which the candidate can be selected or have the eligibility for the lectureship

1) Aspirants need to obtain minimum number of marks in each paper individually such as paper 1, paper 2 and paper 3.

They are stated as follows….

>>For general category should score 40% in both paper 1 and paper 2 and 50% in paper 3

>>For Cat-I, IIA, IIB,IIIA,IIIB, SC , ST should score 53% in paper 1 and paper 2 and 40% in paper 3.

KSET Selection process 2016 Cutoff marks

Coming with the level 2, seperate merit list will be prepared to the subjct wise and category wise using the aggregate marks which has been obtaiend from all the papers and the candidates who have qualified from step 1. Coming to Level 3, the top 15 percent candidates in each subject and category from the merit list will be sent to the step 2 process as will be declared as the KSET qualified for eligibility of lectureship.

As the  exam has been completed, candidates are in search of the answer key all over the internet. A link has been posted below which can be checked, If there are multiple answers to any one of the questions, the candidate has to keep in mind that it will be mentioned as A/B, by choosing any one of it the candidate will be awarded with marks. Thus candidates who have appeared for the written exam can check the results by following the steps which have been stated below.

HOw to download KSET Results 2016-2017

1) Click on the link which is stated above and search for the results in the top menu

2) Select the results of 2016 and select the list

3) Enter the roll number and DOB and submit it

4) The score card will be showed on the screen and download it or take a hard copy of it for future use.
